Teriyaki Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. teriyaki sauce
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    4 green onions with tops, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
    2 tsp. dark corn syrup
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a small bowl.
    Pour over beef or chicken.
    Refrigerate, covered, for 1 to 2 days.
