Hummus(Chickpea Dip) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chickpeas, drained
    1/2 c. or more tahini (sesame paste)
    1/3 c. warm water
    1/3 c. olive oil
    juice of 2 lemons
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ground cumin seed
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a food processor fitted with a steel blade.
    Process until smooth.
    Add garlic, salt and cumin. Add more lemon juice to taste if desired.
    Serve as a dip with pita bread or raw vegetables.
