Mamaw'S Bird Nest - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 slice bread
margarine

Preparation

Spread margarine thinly on both sides of bread.
Make hole in middle of bread big enough to put egg in.
Place in your skillet over medium heat.
Break egg in hole.
When egg is halfway cooked, flip and cook other side.
