Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (15 to 16 oz.) can whole green chilies
    5 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    5 c. grated Jack cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    4 large eggs
    2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz.; optional)
Preparation
    Beat flour, salt, eggs and milk together.
    Chop chilies and add to flour mixture with cheese.
    Mix well.
    Pour into baking pan (12 x 9-inch) that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake for 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Pour tomato sauce on top and bake until brown.
    Serves 10.
