Fish Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can mackerel, drained
3 small potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg
salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and shape into patties.
Coat with flour. Fry in shortening until brown on both sides.
Makes 12 cakes.
