Crawfish Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
1/4 c. minced green onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 bell pepper, minced
2 ribs celery, minced
1/2 c. butter
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
4 Tbsp. tomato soup
1 lb. crawfish tails, cut up
1/4 c. minced parsley
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
2 pie crusts (for 10-inch pie, not deep dish)
Preparation

Saute onions, garlic, pepper and celery in butter until limp. Add soup, tomato sauce, crawfish and parsley.
Cook slowly for 10 minutes.
Turn off heat and add breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and egg.
Add milk and mix well.
Add 1/2 mixture to uncooked pie shell and cover with other shell.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
