Pork Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean boneless pork
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 tsp. oregano, crumbled
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. seasoned salt (Lawry's)
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
    1 green pepper, seeded and sliced
    flour tortillas
Preparation
    Slice pork across grain into 1/8-inch strips.
    Mix together garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, orange juice, vinegar and hot pepper sauce.
    Marinate pork strips in mixture for 10 minutes.
    Heat oil in heavy skillet or on griddle until hot.
    Stir-fry pork strips, onion and green pepper until pork is no longer pink, about 3 to 5 minutes.
    Serve with flour tortillas, onions, lettuce, sour cream and salsa.
