Ingredients
    1 lb. flounder or other flat fish
    sauteed onions and mushrooms
    bread crumbs
    homemade mixture ketchup and mayo or Russian or French dressing
Preparation
    Assemble by laying onions, mushrooms and bread crumbs on fillets and rolling up.
    Close with toothpick.
    Bake, basting with dressing, 15 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
