Low Calorie Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. orange Jell-O
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 small carton cottage cheese
1 small carton Cool Whip
2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained and chopped
Preparation

Prepare Jell-O and cool until slightly thick.
Gently fold in other ingredients.
Pour into oblong dish and chill until set.
