Super Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. lukewarm buttermilk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. soft shortening
2 eggs
4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda (add to flour)
Preparation

Soak yeast in warm water.
Add buttermilk, sugar, salt, shortening, eggs, flour and soda.
Roll out and spread with butter, cinnamon and brown sugar.
Let rise until light and bake at 375\u00b0.
Makes 2 dozen.
