Rice Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cold cooked rice
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. dried bread crumbs
    salad oil
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine rice, cheese, eggs, salt and 1/4 cup bread crumbs.
    With hands, shape teaspoonfuls into balls.
    Coat with remaining bread crumbs.
    Heat salad oil to 370\u00b0.
    Fry balls until golden brown.
    Makes 4 dozen.
