Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground turkey meat
1 (6 oz.) pkg. rice pilaf (any flavor)
1 small can tomato sauce
water
Preparation

Mix turkey and rice pilaf.
Make balls size of golf balls. Place in baking dish.
Add enough water to cover balls.
Cover tightly with tinfoil and bake at 350\u00b0.
When cooked, you may pour small can tomato sauce over them and put back in oven to warm through.
