3 Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh chopped spinach or lettuce
    1 lb. bacon
    1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    1 medium chopped red onion
    1 pt. salad dressing
    1 c. sour cream
    6 hard-boiled eggs, grated
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Put 1/2 spinach in 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
    Sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper.
    Fry bacon and crumble.
    Add bacon and grated eggs.
    Top with peas and onions.
    Put in remainder of spinach.
