Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    2 tsp. pimiento
    2 tsp. onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. grated potato chips
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese or to taste
Preparation
    Blend chicken, celery, almonds, pepper, pimiento, onion, salt, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
    Put alternate layers of chicken and grated potato chips into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with chips and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Delicious for a luncheon.
