Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. raw rice
    paprika
    grated cheese
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli (I like Birds Eye)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small jar Cheese Whiz
    toasted almonds
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Saute onions and celery in oleo.
    Cook rice and broccoli separately.
    Cook rice in 3 cups water until done.
    Place rice in casserole as lining for dish.
    Pour vegetable mixture over rice and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Sprinkle toasted almonds on top.
