Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3 c. finely grated carrots
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add oil and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add eggs, one at a time and mix.
    Add carrots and nuts.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 to 55 minutes in 3 x 9-inch pan or large long pan.
    Ice with cream cheese frosting.
    Do not use electric mixer as cake dough will be very thick.
