Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. whole milk
    2 large eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat ingredients until smooth.
    Pour through a funnel into cooking oil and deep fry at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with sugar or cinnamon after cakes are browned and removed from cooking oil.
