Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh Brocks vegetable mix
    leftover roast beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large potato, peeled and cubed
    1 can College Inn beef broth (13 1/2 oz.)
    noodles (optional)
Preparation
    Brown beef cubes in soup kettle.
    Then add enough water to beef (2 1/2 quarts).
    Add mixed vegetables, salt, potato cubes and onion.
    Bring to boil and then reduce to lower heat.
    Let soup cook until vegetables can be cut with a spoon.
    Add beef broth and bring to a boil.
    Use noodles last and boil slowly until noodles are cooked.
