Broccoli And Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. frozen broccoli
    1/2 lb. bacon
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
    4 ripe tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. onion or lemon juice
Preparation
    Make a cheese sauce of butter, flour, milk, salt, cheese and onion or lemon juice.
    Place broccoli, which has been cooked until tender, in bottom of casserole.
    Cover with sauce.
    Cut tomatoes in halves and place on top of sauce and broccoli.
    Place bacon on top.
    Bake until bacon is crisp.
