Banana-Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
    2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or 1 stick margarine, softened
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Sift together all dry ingredients.
    Cream together sugar and butter.
    Add eggs and mashed bananas.
    Fold dry ingredients into creamed mixture in a few quick stirs until almost blended.
    Add blueberries and transfer immediately into muffin tins.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Yields 6 Texas style muffins or 24 regular sized muffins.
