Fresh Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh whole cranberries
    1 large whole orange or 2 smaller
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 to 2 c. granulated sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. English walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Do not drain pineapple.
    Wash cranberries; pick out stems and any soft berries.
    Cut orange or oranges into quarters; remove large membranes and seeds.
    Put cranberries and orange through food grinder, using a coarse blade, or use food processor. Combine remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.
    Let stand at least 6 hours before serving.
    Keep in refrigerator for 2 to 3 weeks. Makes about 2 quarts.
