Brown Sugar Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten well
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 c. milk (1 can evaporated and 2 c. plain)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. raisins, parboiled until tender and drained
    1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cook until mixture coats spoon the eggs, brown sugar and milk. Add vanilla, raisins and pecans. Cool mixture and pour into shallow container. Freezer.
