Cheese Cake Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 box vanilla wafers
    1 can pie filling
Preparation
    Beat together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    When smooth, pour into cupcake liners that have a vanilla wafer in the botom, round side down.
    Fill 3/4 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    When cool, top with pie filling (any flavor).
    Makes about 18 to 20.
