Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
1 c. milk
1/2 c. corn oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 large onion, grated
1 can cream-style corn
3 large jalapenos, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in order listed. Pour into shallow greased pan. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until light brown.
