Pineapple-Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. boneless chicken
    1 green pepper
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
    Combine juice and cornstarch. Add soy sauce, honey, vinegar and pepper; mix well.
    Set aside. Heat oil in wok.
    Add green peppers; stir-fry 2 minutes and remove.
    Add more oil if necessary; cook chicken until done.
    Add soy mixture to chicken.
    Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Add peppers and pineapple.
    Cover and cook 1 minute.
    Serve with rice.
