Spinach Parmesan Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. soft breadcrumbs
    bacon bits (optional)
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions.
    Drain well. Melt margarine; saute onion until tender.
    Remove from heat.
    Add spinach and next 4 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into greased 1-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bacon bits, if desired.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
