Weight Watchers Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Butter Buds
    8 c. water
    24 oz. unpeeled Yukon Gold potatoes
    8 rounded tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. finely shredded Nappa cabbage
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
Preparation
    Dissolve Butter Buds in one cup water.
    Add another 7 cups water and remaining ingredients except broccoli .
    Mix and cook 1 hour.
    Add broccoli cuts.
    Cook until broccoli is crisp-tender.
    Stir in 1 pound Velveeta light, cut into cubes.
    Simmer until melted.
    Do not boil.
    One cup equals 1 protein and 1/2 bread.
