Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. egg roll wraps (found in fruit and vegetable section)
1 head cabbage
1 small bunch fresh broccoli
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 c. diced cooked chicken or pork
2 c. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. flour or so
La Choy sweet and sour sauce
Preparation
-
Cut cabbage, broccoli and mushrooms into small pieces.
Cook over medium heat until tender.
Add meat.
Add salt and pepper if desired.
Let cool down.
