Liver Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef liver, ground
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
1 slice fat pork steak, ground
1 onion, minced
1 c. milk
Preparation

Mix thoroughly.
Bake in loaf pan in moderate oven for 1 1/2 hours.
