Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, shredded
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
12 slices bacon, cooked, crisped and crumbled
1 to 2 c. sharp or mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked, drained and cooled
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Layer ingredients in order as given.
Cover tightly and store in refrigerator up to 12 hours.
If desired, toss and serve.
