Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raisins
2 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Boil raisins in 1 3/4 cups water for 5 minutes.
Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt.
Moisten with 1/4 cup water and add to raisins, stirring until mixture boils.
Remove from fire.
Add butter and vinegar.
Pour into pastry lined pie pan and cover crust.
Bake 25 minutes at 425\u00b0.
