Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. hot water
    2 tsp. salt
    5 1/2 c. flour
    2 pkg. quick start yeast
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs, beaten (room temperature)
Preparation
    Mix yeast and sugar in hot water.
    Add oil, salt and beaten eggs.
    Mix well.
    Add flour and blend well.
    Let set for 1 hour with a cover.
    Make into rolls and let rise until double in size. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes or until brown.
