Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. thinly sliced peeled potatoes
1 c. thinly sliced onions
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 c. milk
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Toss first 6 ingredients together until potatoes are coated. Put in greased, shallow 2-quart baking dish.
Scald milk and pour over potatoes.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Mix crumbs and butter.
Remove foil and sprinkle potatoes with crumb mixture. Bake 30 minutes longer.
