Baked Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. haddock or cod
    2 large baking potatoes, scrubbed and diced
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 stalk celery (with leaves), chopped
    3 onions, sliced
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dill seed
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 whole cloves
    1 bay leaves
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. light cream, warmed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange clean fish in bottom of deep casserole.
    Add potatoes, vegetables and seasonings.
    Pour wine over top.
    Cut butter into bits and scatter on top.
    Pour boiling water over all and cover tightly.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Add warm cream and stir gently.
    Serve from casserole.
