Low-Fat Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lg. head broccoli, cooked
    1 lg. fryer or 2-3 chicken breasts
    2 cans Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup
    1/2 c. light or fat-free mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    Curry powder to taste (3/4 - 1 tsp.)
Preparation
    Cook, bone and chop chicken.
    In lightly oiled or Pam sprayed 13x9 dish, layer cooked broccoli, chicken then sauce.
    Top with cracker or bread crumbs to cover (I use whole wheat bread), parmesan cheese, and dot with light margarine or oil.
