Lasagna Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 cooked lasagna noodles
8 oz. Ricotta cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
2 c. spaghetti sauce
10 oz. thawed chopped spinach
1 egg
Preparation

Lay each noodle on flat surface.
Combine Ricotta and egg. Spread thin layer of Ricotta over noodle.
Then apply thin layer of chopped spinach.
Roll up and cut in half.
Using 9 x 13-inch pan, place roll-up curly side up in pan.
Continue this process with remaining ingredients.
Pour sauce over roll-ups.
Sprinkle Mozzarella over roll-ups.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with salad and garlic bread.
