Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together like meat loaf.
    Roll in 2 or 3 rolls.
    Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Place on wire rack.
    Poke holes in foil.
    This is very important so the grease can get out.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Can freeze.
