Baked Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. elbow macaroni
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    5 c. milk
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese to sprinkle
Preparation
    Boil 1 pound of Mueller's elbow macaroni, drain and set aside. Melt butter in a pot over low flame.
    Slowly add flour and salt and blend.
    Stir constantly with milk added, and cook slowly over low heat until sauce thickens a little.
    Add Cheddar cheese.
    Mix with macaroni.
    Place in a large baking dish.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
