Jeanne'S Salmon Salad(Servings: 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon, drained
    1 c. carrots, shredded
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
Preparation
    Drain and remove skin and bones from salmon.
    Flake.
    Mix all ingredients and add dressing and serve on lettuce with canned potato sticks on top for crunch.
