Lemon Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. lemon juice
3 to 4 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
1/4 c. olive oil
1 bay leaf
2 to 3 lb. chicken
Preparation

Marinate 2 to 3 pounds of chicken overnight in lemon, oil and spices.
Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour, basting often with marinade.
