Beer Batter Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. self rising flour
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 egg beaten
    1 c. beer
    4 lb. shrimp (approximately) boiled
    1 gal. peanut oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Combine beer and egg and pour over mixture; mix well.\tDip shrimp in batter and deep fry in hot peanut oil; cook until golden brown.
