Veal Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 c. Marsala wine
    1/4 c. water
    1 bouillon cube
    1 c. mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute garlic, veal, 1/8 cup of butter and 1/8 cup of water. Brown veal (no flour).
    Saute mushrooms, 1/8 cup of butter, 1/8 cup of water and bouillon.
    Mix mushrooms and veal.
    Pour in the wine.
    Cover with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake, covered, at 400\u00b0.
