Grilled Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) pot roast
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
    Poke holes in meat with fork.
    Sprinkle with water and meat tenderizer.
    Turn meat over and repeat process.
    Let stand 1/2 hour.
    Mix soy sauce, Kitchen Bouquet, mustard and pepper.
    Rub mixture on both sides of meat.
    Grill over low to medium charcoal fire.
    Turn meat after 45 minutes.
    Grill another 45 minutes and remove.
    Let stand a few minutes before carving.
    Meat will be crusty on the outside.
