Uncooked Fondant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    2 c sifted confectioners sugar
    2 tsp butter
    1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix until creamy. Tint as desired with a few drops of food coloring. Drop small spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Decorate with nuts or candied fruit. Let stand to become firm.
