Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick plus 1 tsp. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. orange rind
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. powdered cocoa
Preparation
    Cream together\tmargarine, sugar, eggs, vanilla, orange rind, milk and zucchini.\tMix with flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, salt and
    powdered\tcocoa.\tStir,
    don't beat.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
