Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    4 beaten eggs
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. bacon fat
    8 boiled potatoes
    1 c. celery, chopped
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. prepared salad dressing
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Fry the bacon lightly, remove from fat and crumble.
    Mix beaten eggs, sugar and vinegar.
    Smooth in the flour and cook over low heat, stirring until it thickens.
    Add bacon fat.
    Blend and cool.
