Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

8 diced potatoes, cooked
1/2 c. onion
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Preparation

Cook potatoes to just done stage. Melt cheese over low heat. Mix all the ingredients together and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
