Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 broccoli florets
    1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. red onion, chopped
    6 to 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    In a large bowl, combine broccoli, oranges, onion, bacon and raisins.
    Add dressing and toss to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
    Yield:
    10-12 servings.
