Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7 oz.) cans green chiles
    3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 green onions, sliced
    3 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    4 c. milk
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 oz. salsa (your favorite)
Preparation
    Split chili peppers lengthwise and remove seeds.
    Spread in a single layer in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese, green onions and 1 1/2 cups of Mozzarella over chiles.
    In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, flour and salt together until smooth. Pour over chiles and cheese.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in custard comes out clean.
