Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. oil
    1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 c. chocolate chips, divided in half
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together cake mix, eggs, water, flour, oil and sour cream. Beat 2 minutes.
    Pour 1/2 of batter in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/4 cup chocolate chips on top.
    Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle 1/2 of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Pour rest of batter on top.
    Then sprinkle with rest of the chocolate chips and cinnamon sugar.
    Bake 35-40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
